Problems.
Challenges in managing teams and permissions
Users struggled to assign roles, edit permissions, manage entitlements, and add team members smoothly. The process felt confusing and unintuitive, making them hesitant to interact with the screen out of fear of making mistakes.
As a result, many avoided it altogether, leading to frustration, wasted time, and incomplete team setups.
